Co-owner and Office manager, Judy wears many hats on the office team including accounts payable and receivable. Her interior design taste is evident in the beautiful parade and model homes you see when touring.
General Manager
General manager at Partners Homes for the past 7 years, Joe has always been involved in the construction industry. His duties here include drafting & blueprint review, construction management, and field service technician. Craftsmanship is the one word to sum up Joe’s attention to detail in all of his work.
Personal Construction Service contact
In his 4th year at Partners Homes, Bill handles sales calls as your Personal Construction Service contact. His 23 year background of construction and project management assures you a good building experience from start to finish.
Septic Systems
As our on staff licensed septic system designer, Tim has 20+ years experience in the excavation, trucking, septic, and building site prep industry. He also coordinates our shop and outdoor crews.
Equipment Operator
Equipment operator, truck driver, jack of all trades, Brad gets it all done right, the first time. Dependable team members like Brad make Partners Homes the successful operation that it has grown to be.
Sales
Our semi-retired salesperson. After years in the window business, Kathy worked at Partners Homes for 5 years before retiring to a lake home in northern Minnesota. We coax her back to the office one week a month to keep us on our toes.
Office Administration
Has been with Partners Homes for 4+ years. Her organizational and bookkeeping skills help the office run smoothly and efficiently. Leona is also an excellent decorator and seamstress which is evident in our model homes.
Equipment Operator
Well known in the community from his 40+ years in the excavating business, Gary is our big rig and heavy equipment operator. From demolition to excavation his knowledge in the business is priceless.
The Real Manager
Is the real manager at Partners Homes. He was saved from a house fire and nursed back to health by Greg. He has over 10 years in at Partners Homes and still has a few of his nine lives left. Watch out for him sauntering around the parking lot, or sleeping in one of the office chairs.
